How to convert expenses in bulk

Frequently asked questions
What format does the CSV need?
One row per amount: amount, from currency, to currency and optionally a date (YYYY-MM-DD). For example: 250.50, GBP, USD, 2024-03-15. Rows without a date are converted at the latest rate.
Can I convert expense reports with this tool?
Yes. Export the expenses with amount, currency and date, convert them in one run and download the CSV with the rate used for every row, which makes the conversion easy to audit.
Is there a limit?
500 rows and 20 different dates per run. For bigger files, the currencyapi API converts amounts in your own scripts or spreadsheets.
