Every Romanian business day at around 13:00 Bucharest time. currencyapi imports every publication within the hour after it appears.

Which rate is this?

These are the reference exchange rates of the leu of the National Bank of Romania, against the RON. Each value is shown both as the price of one unit of the currency in RON and as the amount of the currency one RON buys.

What happens on weekends and holidays?

The bank publishes nothing on those days. Rules that refer to a day without a publication usually mean the last rate published before it, which is what the API returns for such a date.

How far back does the history go?

The stored history starts on 4 July 2005 and covers every publication since.
