When does the Bank of Russia publish its exchange rates?

Every Russian business day, set for the following day. currencyapi imports every publication within the hour after it appears.

Which rate is this?

These are the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the rouble of the Bank of Russia, against the RUB. Each value is shown both as the price of one unit of the currency in RUB and as the amount of the currency one RUB buys.

What happens on weekends and holidays?

The bank publishes nothing on those days. Rules that refer to a day without a publication usually mean the last rate published before it, which is what the API returns for such a date.

How far back does the history go?

The stored history starts on 22 September 2026 and covers every publication since.
